VAASAM is a fragrance discovery and selection experience rather than a perfume-blending bar. Our Fragrance Guides help guests explore the fragrances and choose the scent that feels most personal to them.

Ahead of your celebration, the Event Hosts choose six fragrances from the wider VAASAM collection of 17. Those six scents become the fragrance menu for your event.

Each Event Host receives a complimentary 30ml VAASAM fragrance of their choice, presented as a keepsake from the celebration. For weddings, each member of the couple receives one.

Yes. VAASAM can cater for celebrations of all sizes, from intimate events to large-scale weddings. The setup is tailored to your guest numbers, with additional Fragrance Guides and service stations available for larger celebrations.

Yes. We ask for a suitable designated space for the VAASAM setup and tailor the experience around your venue and guest numbers. Specific space requirements will be confirmed with you during the booking process.

Yes. Personalisation options are available and can be discussed when planning your event.

VAASAM is available for events across London and surrounding areas, with travel further across the UK available on request.

We recommend enquiring around 6–8 weeks before your event where possible. Shorter-notice bookings may still be available depending on your date.
