Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, event date, event type, venue or event location, approximate guest count, information you choose to include in your message, booking and payment records, and correspondence with us. Please do not include sensitive personal information in an enquiry unless it is genuinely necessary.
Why we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, check availability, prepare quotations, take steps requested before entering into a contract, administer bookings and provide our services, maintain appropriate business and financial records, deal with questions or complaints, protect our business and users, and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable, our lawful bases include taking steps at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting VAASAM.
Who we share it with
We may use trusted service providers that help us operate the website, receive enquiries, provide email, process payments or maintain business records. We only share information where reasonably necessary for those purposes or where required by law. Our website is hosted using Netlify and our business email is provided through Google Workspace.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this occurs, we will rely on an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism or other protection required by UK data-protection law.
How long we keep it
